Brenda is a 20-year real estate industry veteran. She previously worked for state and federal
government and a Fortune 100 company. Her real estate career began with rental property and
later commercial development.

She transitioned into selling residential property, and expanded to commercial, recreational, developmental, large tract and timberland.

A life-long resident of Middle Tennessee, she knows the lay of the land whether it’s town or country. Her knowledge and expertise helps guide Sellers with comparable data to determine how to price their property and how to market it to potential Buyers.
